New Year resolutions for kids and parents

The New Year is about to come and it is the time to make some resolutions not only by us but also by our kids. It is the best time to realize our kids by the importance of some good habits in their life not only by us but also by the cbse board school in Vatika and show them that only they are not the one who are making resolutions, they can share the fun with us. 

Here are some resolutions which our kids can take this New Year:

Make them a resolution that they will wash their hands and legs every time they reach home from outside.

Washing hands after bathroom and before eating

Brushing their teeth two times a day and it should be their first activity in the day

They can treat themselves with sugar and carbonated drinks but should not be treated as a regular drink.

They will do physical activity and spend their time for developing themselves in those activities.

Make them the importance of yoga or swimming or any kind of sports

Keeping their things neat and clean after free from them

Be kind and just help others

Now it is the time to make some resolutions by parents also. It can be life style changes or be more attentive towards kids. Some of them here are as follows:

Eat healthy: We always make our kids to forget and stop eating junk foods but do not apply it on ourselves but this is the time to show our kids that rules and regulations are for everyone. Although it can be very difficult for us but we can treat ourselves by saying,” Although we are not allowed to eat junk food but rarely can surprise ourselves with pizzas or French fries. all cbse school in Vatika should teach their students the importance of good eating and healthy living.

Live healthy: In making New Year resolutions, nothing can beat the task of developing a green environment by us and our child. We can follow green living by avoiding the use of plastics and non-degradable products.
