Find out why your kid is not sleeping well?

Sometimes our children are not able to take the proper sleep for some reasons regularly. There can be many reasons for this even we can be the reasons. Here are some reasons behind the improper sleep of our children:

Lack of nap time: Less nap time can be the reason for it and if our child is getting the short nap or naps in the noon, they may find difficulty in falling asleep at night.  So we should make sure that our child gets the short nap so that he can feel active and healthy.  As per the studies, children under the age of 5 generally need a minimum if one short nap during his day. So we should make sure that he gets the proper nap.

Nightmares: This is true that children dream a lot even in the comparison of adults which we do not remember sometimes. In dreams, there can be bad or wild dreams which an affect their sleep. Too much tired: As there are so many activities which are involved in today’s children’s life so they need a minimum of 10 hours sleep in ac day which should include the long night’s sleep and short naps, so that they can feel fresh and relax.

Issues in breathing: It is a possibility that children may experience some kinds of issues and difficulties in breathing properly because of the blockages in the respiratory tract. So we must pay attention to this.
