Family babysitters are good or bad?

Only those persons can understand the feeling of having kids in the family who are having them. It is the cutest thing in the world which brings out the happiness all around. But for the working parents, the parameters are quite different and even a tedious work as they often face a situation where you cannot carry along your kids to certain locations or functions and that moment, you need someone who can take care and babysit the kids.

If you are living in the nuclear family then it is obvious that you cannot trust any stranger and in this case, having our family members as the kid’s babysitter sounds like a good and wise idea. We can go for the blogs of CBSE Schoolin Jaipur Rajasthan on their website for more ideas.
Let’s take a look on pros and cons of having family babysitters:
Pros:

·        No strangers in the family: This is one of the most important and best part of having the family members as babysitters as there is no stranger in the family and we can trust everyone fully and kids can also feel close to them. They know the best ways to nurture our kids with the right values.

·         Similar activities and values: A family child care member share the similar values, discipline as well as appropriate activities which means that kid will definitely get the same value and disciple which we want.

Cons:

·         Accusation of parental benefits: Having the parents or siblings for the job of babysitter in the home can be under accusations sometimes of taking advantage of their liberty and parental. Sometimes we put too much pressure on them for taking care of the kid and this makes situation uncomfortable. We can discuss with the experts and teachers of CBSE Girls School in Jaipur.

·         Parenting challenges: It is one of the biggest cons of using relatives as child care givers as different family members have different rules and own methods of living to be forwarded to the kid. So there can be some parenting challenges.
