Encourage kids towards physical activities

There is no doubt that today’s children are more smarter than earlier in terms of study or sports or any competition or cultural programs in schools but as we know that every coin has two sides. On one hand, they are efficient and smart enough and on the other hand, their healthy habits are too poor.

Not even they do not like the healthy fruits or vegetables but also they are getting attracted to the junk or fast food day by day which is harming their heath and immunity system as well.
